In this blog, I usually don’t take part
in things that need to be done at a certain time or on a certain day. I just can’t get my act together to do
Bench Monday or anything like that. I am
almost always a day (or more) late. That’s
just the way I am. But today, I came
across some pictures of fences…ta da!!
So I am going to post some for Fence Friday. Today is Friday, isn’t it??
I don’t have much to say about
fences. But I really like this quote by
Will Rogers: “There are three kinds of
men. The one that learns by reading. The few who learn by observation. The rest of them have to pee on the electric
fence for themselves.”
I am a combination of the first and second
kinds. What are you?
By the way, if you like horses, I’d
like to recommend moseying over to flickr.
My long-time contact, Lydia Martin aka BluueFox , takes the most incredible horse (and
dog) pics.

oh, hurray!!! you joined in, and they're great!! :)
I love that last photo! I do join but lately I've been having a hard time visiting everyone.
Now that's an accurate quote... the ONE that learns by reading... it sooo shouldn't be that way!
Beautiful horses... =)
amazing. all of your photos are great!
sweet shots; love the focus and the bokeh.
and of course, lovely horses!
Amazing! This photo can trasport you into another time! Wonderful!
Great dilemma of Will Rogers and fabulous images.
It's a shame that there are fences.
Greetings.
Wonderful shots! And loved the introduction to your post;o)
I don't think I'm of the third kind either;o)
Thanks for sharing;o)

Have a happy weekend****
I love the way you got the light on the horses faces, so beautiful!! I am very cautious, and learn by watching, always afraid to try anything till I am pretty sure. I do not do the memes or anything, either, because I usually have too much of my own stuff I want to talk about!
Very nice photos Barbara!!!
Have a nice week!
Many kisses
Beautiful creatures, and, I LOVE the quote!
Beautiful pictures of horses, the first one looks so sweet! I'd like to caress that velvet "mouth" :-)
ps I learn mostly by reading, than by observing.
i like the colours of the horse. superb!
