Carrie and I spotted a couple of cool barns on our trip out
to Deerfield, Massachusetts last week. I’m
going to do a quickie here and post some pics.
Then I have to go to bed.
Nice finds - I especially like the vines growing up the front of the first barn. There is a red barn close by that has a lovely array of ivy/vines growing up the side - eventually I'll stop with a camera and photograph it.

Deerfield! Have I told you my ancestors are from there? Their old house still stands, the Nims house...that's my several greats back grandfather.. :) love the photos!
Very cool barns, Barbara, esp that last one! Is it an optical illusion or is that a wooden wall on this side? It looks like it extends out past the end of the barn itself in the back. Great texturing, too
terrific shots, i especially like that one. ans i also like the composition in that second one. great photo! it sure leads your viewer through the picture.

LOVEEEE that last shot. beautiful. your quickie post went well. that barn with the tree looks like someone planted it there to block the door.
