Late Entry Barns…

I got carried away watching Prince Fielder win the Home Run Derby tonight and forgot all about adding my barns to Barn Charm.  But it’s not too late so here they are.  Some more of the barns I picked up on our recent trip to Ohio.  Sleep tight, you all!

Wow! Those are all beautiful, Barbara! If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be the first one. I love that scene. But the red in the others is gorgeous.

All are great. I can't choose a favorite. I'm partial to the red barns, but that first one is full of charm.

I thought of you and 'Barn Charm' as we traveled to and from the PGA Golf Tournament in the Southern portion of the state this past week, passing several barns in varying degrees of upkeep - at each passing regretting I didn't have my camera (except for one day). Nice captures from your travels.

They're all great, but I love that 1st one! Love the roof & holes in the roof... & it looks like a tall barn, too, one to explore!

So glad you remembered to join! LoL! Thank you =)

It looks like you were in the flat part of Ohio--there is plenty of that. These look much like the farms we would pass on our drives to and from Cincinnati. As you've seen with my post, I live in the hills of Ohio.
Doesn't matter which part though, Ohio still does barns well!
These are great barns and photos!:>)

I grew up in Middletown just north of Cincinnati. Most of these barns are coming south between Cleveland and Columbus. It's pretty flat.

All 3 pictures very nice!! first one gives the sense of the past, third one is special, for the contrast of the colours, the red barns and the amazing sky/green of the field!

Hey there Sandie, I guess I would go to the second one too, was the photo edited? I like the lightened effect too! Well, these are really nice barns after all. I'm pretty sure that you had a great time on your trip to Ohio, pretty obvious!

Great pictures, I love the first one. My friend and I were talking about american barns over the weekend and I haven't been able to stop looking up barns since. Thanks so much for sharing Barb!
