Yellow barn…

I’ve been feeling completely uninspired lately.  So to help me out of my funk, I went out to visit my daughter Carrie and we went for a ride out in the country in Western Massachusetts.  On our ride, we came across this gorgeous yellow barn on a back road.

Riding the back roads in the country is a sure way to get inspiration.

Amazingly bright ! Wonderful, that it is taken that much care of.

Please have a good Tuesday.

I feel your 'funk'. I figured perhaps if I could just get to the Farmer's Market, or hunt for barns with my sister that the creative button might magically flip back on and all would be good in the world. But it didn't. I took lots and lots of pictures but felt blase about the whole process. I've concluded it is the heat. It sucks all the fun out of it for me. Hope the funk goes away. For what it's worth - your yellow barn is very charming.

I think country roads really CAN lift your spirits!

Yellow barns are rare here and I suspect they are there too.

Great looking barn and a good reason to drive the back roads. You never know what might be around the next corner.

What a pretty barn. Yellow is an unusual colour for barns. Great shot!

And I'll 2nd that! I've been uninspired lately, too, but was finally able to get out of the house this past weekend & it definitely helps... but we're no Massachusetts, so the scenery is quite different! LoL! =)

Love it when the date is on these old barns, it's important information! Great barn find & love your editing!!!

Thank you, Barbara =)
