I know I’m jumping the gun and we have three or four more days of summer left, but it feels like fall here today so…

Beautiful photo and poem! It's chilly here this evening and I have the chills. And aches. I think it might be the flu. :( Haven't had it in years.

So happy the 'ol textures are still finding some use -- love that quote... a great attitude to have about the change of the seasons. :)

Beautiful and creative shot! Is that a squash bloom? The poem is lovely.

We're having cool mornings and nights, and today was breezy and cool--I love it!

I love this poem! The autumn gathering fire as the year moves on -- beautiful. I'm so ready for fall. I don't mind you welcoming the season a few days early :)

Fall is definitely here. I've pulled the sweaters out. I love fall but not looking forward to winter.

I like the gist of the quote even though I am usually melancholy when Fall arrives. I think I like the quote's way of looking at Fall though. I love Summer, but as I age, I welcome the cooler weather. Fall is my favorite season; just wish it lasted longer, and replaced winter.
