When
daughter Carrie and I visited Hancock Shaker Village back in September, I got
quite a few photos of fences. If you are
interested in the Shakers at all, take a look back at my October 20 blogpost. They are a fascinating sect. And they build Good Fences…

the last one wouldn't load for me, but the other fences, brick and stone buildings with autumn colors - beautiful!

I know very little about the Shakers. How neat that you visited the Hancock Shaker Village.
wow, they are tremendous architects!
Wonderful photos. It would appear they build both great fences and great looking houses/buildings. Loved that 2nd one and also the fence shot with the shadow.
Well built and strong fences and looks like the buildings are pretty much the same. Awesome color and nice touch with the scarf, apples and sun sparkle!
